By purchasing services from Pass Intensive, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Services Agreement
1.1 Pass Intensive provides driving tuition services through qualified driving instructors. Each instructor operates independently and is responsible for their own teaching methods and vehicle.
1.2 Pass Intensive bears no liability for any claims regarding your instructor or lessons, including but not limited to quality of instruction, vehicle condition, or lesson outcomes.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be paid in advance.

2.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2.3 Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Lessons and Scheduling
3.1 Lesson arrangements, including timing and location, must be made directly with your instructor.

3.2 You must present a valid UK provisional driving licence at your first lesson and all subsequent lessons.

3.3 48-hour notice is required for lesson cancellations unless otherwise specified by your instructor. However, Full refund is not guaranteed. Talk to customer service or your Instructor for more details on refunds.

3.4 Missed lessons without proper notice will be charged in full with no refund.

3.5 Instructors may refuse lessons if you:
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Display inappropriate behavior
- Fail to bring required documentation
- Are consistently late

- Or any other reason

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our email. Contact us for more info.

4.2 No refunds will be issued for:
- Missed lessons
- Late cancellations
- No-shows
- Partially completed courses

4.3 Administrative fees apply to all cancellations and changes to bookings.

5. Driving Tests
5.1 We do not guarantee test dates or times as these are subject to DVSA availability.

5.2 We are not responsible for test delays, cancellations or rescheduling by the DVSA or Instructor.

5.3 Pass Intensive does not guarantee that you will pass any test.

6. Liability

6.1 Pass Intensive accepts no liability for any aspect of driving instruction or testing.
6.2 We are not liable for:

Quality or standard of instruction
Instructor conduct or behavior
Vehicle condition or maintenance
Delays due to traffic or weather
Vehicle breakdowns
Instructor availability
Test cancellations

Course delays or cancellations
Personal injuries
Loss of personal property
Any direct, indirect or consequential losses

7. Data Protection
7.1 Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7.2 By booking with us, you consent to us sharing your contact details with assigned instructors.

8. General Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice or uploading on website.

8.3 We have zero tolerance for abuse or harassment of our staff or instructors.

8.4 We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. While significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, minor updates may be made without notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy. We recommend contacting us or checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
